One Night 4 College Students Were Playing Till Late Night   And Didn't Study For The Test Which Was Scheduled For The Next Day. In the morning they thought of a plan.   They made themselves look as dirty and weird with
grease and dirt.   They then went up to the Dean and said that they had gone out to a wedding last night   and on their return the tyre of their car burst and they had to push the car!   all the way back and that they were in no condition to appear for the test. So the Dean said they can have the re-test after 3 days.   They thanked him and said they will be ready by
that time. On the third day they appeared before the Dean.   The Dean said that as this was a Special Condition Test,   All four were required to sit in seperate classrooms for the test. They all agreed as they had prepared well in the last 3 days. The Test consisted of 2 questions with the total
of 100 Marks.

I recently read a news Item on Rediff.com, where Pakistani Nuclear Scientist (????????) A.Q. Khan told the media that, the Nuclear Technology possessed by India and other Nuclear Powers is smuggled.

But Mr. Khan, first see what lies inside your collars. It was you who was held and still held in Inhouse Arrest for Smuggeling Nuclear Technology.

If we talk about Nuclear Technology possessed by India, it is totally Indegenously developed by Indian Scientists. It roots go to the time of Father of Indian Nuclear Science, Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha. This Great Indian Scientist who is not only India's but world's premier Nuclear Scientist was totally responsible for sowing the seeds of Nuclear Science in India. He was assisted by Dr. Raja Ramanna and others.

Dr. Bhabha obtained monetary and moral support from Tata to set up Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). The result was India became self reliant in Nuclear Technologies like Test Reactors and Fast Breeder Reactors like APSARA. India was one of the very first nations to build the Nuclear Reactors. Similar kind of progress was achieved in Particle Accelerators.

Everyone is familiar that India first tested its Nuclear Weapon in 1971 at Pokharan and later in 1998 at the same test site. Achieving its self reliance in advanced nuclear weapons like Thermal devices and Hydrogen Bomb. But unlike other nations India is committed not to use the Nuclear weapons first, they are only meant for its self defence.

So Mr. A.Q. Khan first look into yourself, what you did and then speak anything. India's superemacy in every domain like Space, Super Computers, Agriculture and Healt Care sector is totally indegenous and self reliant.
